Costco Networking Event

One of our largest and favorite neighbors here at Danburg is Costco. Where else can you get a hot dog and a drink for $1.50, and the price hasn’t changed since 1994. The frozen yogurt is also a favorite of ours at Danburg. You’ll occasionally see us taking the golf cart over, and we have been known to bring some tenants along with us.
Everyone knows that Costco is a great place to grab a ten pound box of cereal or a year’s supply of toilet paper and that they have some of the best rotisserie chicken around. …
FAU Gameday Giveaway

Danburg Management is proud to be a sponsor of FAU Football. The beautiful new FAU Football Stadium opens Saturday, October 15th for the game vs. Western Kentucky. If you’ve yet to see the new stadium, check out the video on our blog.
Its been a rough start for the FAU Owls, but we’re hoping that the new stadium provides the inspiration to get the season moving in a positive direction.

The neighborhood has been fairly quiet recently without too many major changes. But in the past few days there have been some exciting new developments that will benefit Danburg Management and our tenants:
First, you may not have noticed yet, but after about 2 years, NexStore has finally reopened. A Mobil Gas Station is up and running and the convenience store is also open. The new owners do not plan to open the food court right away, but it is under consideration. For those of you still looking for a good local lunch don’t forget that Danburg Tenants have access …

The New Game in Town
A new player has emerged in the field of Commercial Real Estate data in South Florida. The Florida Commercial Information Exchange (“FloridaCIE” www.floridacie.com) from eProperty Data (ePD) is now up and running for Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Is FloridaCIE is the next killer app that can challenge the dominance of market leader CoStar, will it fade into oblivion, or will it fall somewhere in-between?
The answer to that question depends on the following:

I don’t think Justin Bieber is getting nervous yet, but it does appear that one of our Danburg Management videos has gone viral with over 75,000 views.
I posted the video about 6 months ago. ProSource Baseball, who leases an 11,600 sq. ft. warehouse at Danburg Management’s Boca Industrial Park has a relationship with Aroldis Chapman, a pitcher with the Cincinnati Reds. The 23-year old lefthander defected from Cuba back in 2009 and came to ProSource to work with former Cuban National pitching coach Miguel Valdez.
Chapman has become a legend by throwing 105 MPH, the fastest speed ever recorded …
