Fall is coming fast. Leaves up north are changing. Kids all over are back in school. And the TVs and stadiums nationwide are aglow in the lights, pageantry and excitement of college – and professional – football. This is big news at Danburg Properties of Boca Raton, where we recently received our season tickets as a supporter and corporate sponsor of the Florida Atlantic University Owls.
As the developer, owner and landlord of commercial, office, industrial and warehouse space across south Palm Beach County, we’re more than business partners with the local community. We’re residents, too.
And football lovers.

Like many successful executives, managers and business owners, we at Danburg Properties of Boca Raton strive to maintain up-to-the-minute contact lists of all our connections. Whether business partners, associates, tenants at our Palm Beach County office, warehouse or industrial space – or prospects who may become tenants one day – we gather and maintain everything from their names and contact information, to notes about their businesses, needs and even preferences.

As long-time residents and office, industrial and commercial property developers and owners in Boca Raton, the team at Danburg Properties of Boca Raton always are looking for ways to get involved in the community. On Friday, August 16, more than three dozen tenants from across Danburg Properties of Boca Raton’s various office space locations met at the new Danburg Conference & Meeting Suite for a morning of bagels, pastries, coffee and conversation. The occasion: a Danburg Tenant Appreciation Breakfast.
This recurring event is held every few weeks to bring together business owners and staff, Danburg management and various other guests to talk about the day’s affairs in a light, engaging setting. No deep business discussions. No agenda. No cost or fee. Just casual networking among friends and fellow tenants at a value-added event organized …
