Danburg Management’s 1st Annual Tenant Appreciation Event

Written on September 16, 2011 at 5:08 pm

From the Desk of Jamie Danburg

Danburg Management would like to thank the over 100 people who attended Boca Commerce Center’s “Tenant Appreciation Night” at The Loft at Congress at our Boca Industrial Park on Wednesday September 14.

This was our biggest Tenant networking event ever. Thanks to Jessica Robinson, our Marketing specialist who organized the event along with Wes and Flora Goldstein of the Loft. Thanks also to Keratin Complex, Mass Mail Direct and ProSource Baseball for providing prizes. We also provided $100 rent vouchers to five lucky tenants.

Additional thanks goes to the Boca Raton Museum Artist Guild and Grace Greenberg who convened nine artists to displayed their fabulous work. Please support these artists at the auction “For Arts’ Sake!” held Monday, January 30th, 2012 at the Count de Hoernle theatre for Art (Caldwell theatre).  We were also honored to present Boca Raton City Council Member Constance Scott who spoke about how the City is promoting business. (The text of Ms. Scott’s speech can be found here on our blog.)

Sometimes we so get caught up in the daily negotiations, emergency repair calls, rent collection, construction, inspection etc. that we lose sight of the great group of businesses and people that make up our tenant community.

We all know that the Landlord-Tenant relationship is traditionally adversarial. We can never completely change that.  But have to realize that we are all in this together and if you are successful in your business, we are successful in ours.

My staff and I are therefore committed to doing whatever we can to ensure our tenants’ success. We will continue to send out useful information via e-mail on our website and on our blog. We also encourage you to follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

But I’m sure that most of you are a lot like me and believe that there is no substitute for face-to-face communication. We plan on continuing these networking events in various forms and we encourage you to take advantage of being a member of the Boca Commerce Center and Danburg Community. We are open to your ideas, we encourage you to do business with your neighbors, and you are always welcome to communicate with me directly.
