Danburg Properties of Boca Raton Tenant Appreciation Breakfast a Value-Added Success

Written on August 17, 2013 at 12:49 pm

photo (4)On Friday, August 16, more than three dozen tenants from across Danburg Properties of Boca Raton’s various office space locations met at the new Danburg Conference & Meeting Suite for a morning of bagels, pastries, coffee and conversation. The occasion: a Danburg Tenant Appreciation Breakfast.

This recurring event is held every few weeks to bring together business owners and staff, Danburg management and various other guests to talk about the day’s affairs in a light, engaging setting. No deep business discussions. No agenda. No cost or fee. Just casual networking among friends and fellow tenants at a value-added event organized by Danburg.

“Office staff are welcome,” says Danburg director of leasing, Charlie Exelbirt. “You can just drop in and grab something to eat, or stay and chat.”

Danburg staff in attendance often include President Jamie Danburg, Corporate Counsel Robbin Newman, Exelbirt, Controller Victoria DeBonis, Accountant Tracy Joiner and Property Manager Walter Hannon.

“The breakfast is a way for us to give back to the tenants,” Exelbirt says. “We really want our tenats to network with each other hopefully so they can do business together. We’ve had success by making introductions. It might not happen immediately, but it could happen down the road. But you’ve gotten to know your neighbors a little better.”

Located at 7700 Congress Ave., Suite 3104, next door to Danburg Management Corporation’s offices, the Suite is ideal for a morning of casual chat. The Suite includes couches, high-top tables and seating, and a conference room for 12 in the back.

The breakfast is just what Evan Manevitch, president of Independent Print & Design in The Preserve, likes on a Friday morning. To him, the breakfast is an opportunity to network with other area business owners – in a “non-business” environment.

“We all look forward to the Danburg Tenant Breakfasts. It’s a thoughtful gesture on their part, and in a relaxed environment,” Manevitch says. “It’s a great way to start the morning and meeting local business owners is an added bonus. Shmoozing with potential clients and networking with other small business owners in a non-business atmosphere is just our style. We’re ‘t-shirt and jeans’ kind of guys! We are already looking forward to the next breakfast.”

Other tenants in attendance this week included representatives from NeuRemedy Neuropathy Vitamins, Alliance Strategies Group, Champagne & Parisi, Emerson Professionals national recruiting, and Payday Payroll Services, among many others.

Tenants also get a chance to meet Jeff Zbar, Danburg’s corporate copywriter, who’s always looking for the next subject for the Danburg Blog’s next Tenant Profile. Readers can feel free to reach out to Jeff at any time with a story idea or profile suggestion.

Though the next breakfast isn’t yet planned, keep your eye out on the Danburg Blog, our Facebook and your email inbox for a Save The Date Notice. We’d love to see you there.
